Rooted in the Triangle
Julie Wright Realty Group started in the 1970s, when Julie's family began selling rural land north of Raleigh out of a first office that was, quite literally, a converted playhouse. The firm grew alongside the Triangle. Today the team works with buyers and sellers across Wake, Granville, Franklin, Johnston, Harnett, Durham, and the surrounding counties, handling everything from first-time townhomes and working farms to multi-acre estate sales, new-construction subdivisions, and the complex deals that turn on zoning, surveys, easements, and taxes.
What hasn't changed is the approach: we make sure you understand the decision in front of you, from pricing and market timing to property condition, financing, and what living in a given neighborhood is actually like. Much of our business comes from families who keep coming back and brokers who have been here for decades, backed by local lenders, attorneys, builders, inspectors, and contractors we trust.
